What I plan to change in my second draft:

• Fix punctuation errors on p.1 and throughout the essay
• Make the bibliography layout consistent i.e brackets, initials etc
• Include wider contextual analysis e.g.drug use  in America
• Include more academic quotes 
• Include ideally more books mentioned throughout the essay

MEST4 Preliminary exercise: Evaluation

1) Why did you choose this particular recreation and how does it link to your main production?

because the video is fast paced as the lyrics are more faster than average songs. This will help with my linked production as I'm going to apply  this same technique.

2) What difficulties did you face in producing this recreation?

The difficulties were the lighting as i needed to make it exact same to the actual music video and also making it look the exact same.


3) What are the strengths of the production?

The visual effects in my opinion were my strength as it gave my production more of a life as the optical flares made it more interesting.

4) What aspects would you look to improve?

Since the camera i was using had bad focus pull it couldn't capture focus points properly since i was moving a lot in the video so next time i would take this into consideration perhaps use a better camera.

5) What lessons will you take from this process that will help you with your main production?

Time management and also being more prepared with production value/equipment.

6) Now that you are ready to start your actual linked production, explain clearly what you will be creating and how confident you are in delivering this.

I will be creating a music video with a totally different style i am confident by creating this piece as i have planned it for a while now e.g vfx techniques effect heavy and more visuals and other music video techniques that i can execute.
